Don't know. I do not use stream links directly.
For the Rangers games on BZZR in EPlusTV, CDVR seems think all the games of a series are the same game. It will record the first game of the series, but the 2nd and 3rd only record if I've deleted the previous game and have my pass set to "Re-record deleted episodes." Usually, this is not a problem since I would watch the game and delete it the same night it was played. But sometimes I'll miss a game or forget to delete it, etc.
Is there a way I can set up my pass differently that will avoid this and record all the games of a series? Here is a screenshot of my pass settings and of the matches it found, showing that it is set to record tonight's game, but will not be recording tomorrow's.
so espn just does not work at all, linear or otherwise? so why is it still in there and with no indication that its been depreciated?

I have a docker container set up with E+TV using it as a custom channel on the server. I am able to view the channels using the apps, however, I cannot record the channel or view in a web browser. This did work previously. I cannot specify the specific versions that it worked with. Just wondering if anyone else uses E+TV and what your experience is.
If you're getting that error trying to watch in the DVR web UI player, try using a non-chromium browser like Firefox or Safari.
What channels? Are you talking about espn plus channels? If so all the espn channels don’t work anymore due to drm.
Which apps? Channels dvr app or espn app?
Sorry. I am able to view in the Channels DVR Apps. I have Fox news enabled in E+TV. It is unable to record on the server as my understanding is that the server uses chromium to record.
If you can’t record a working channel it’s because the channel doesn’t have guide data would be my guess. Can you screenshot the channel in the web ui guide?
EPlusTV v4.16.3:
- adds NFL+ preseason games
- removes non-working providers
Anyone having issues with NFL account? I noticed I wasn't able to tune NFL Network from EPlusTV and checked the logs in the container. Co-pilot scanned and gave me the following:
What appears broken
The asset ID:
[MASKED]
cannot be resolved by the NFL API. A 404 from the asset endpoint usually means one of:
NFL changed the asset identifier/API and EPLusTV is using an outdated lookup.
The NFL Network channel mapping in EPLusTV is stale.
The asset is region/entitlement specific and the asset returned for discovery no longer exists.
NFL Network authentication flow changed and EPLusTV is no longer getting the proper authorization chain even though a token exists.
It's working for me, but I always make sure to log into nfl.com every year before the season starts and make sure all my providers are linked correctly because they will disappear. Then you have to go in and get a new token with E+ and hopefully it'll work.
Also don't forget that NFL Network is available through the ESPN app now, and there's ways to get that via ADBTuner or your own way of app tuning via ah4c etc.
NFL network isn't playing for me either, but the Raiders vs Texans game is playing
I kept trying to reauthenticate within EPlusTV and the validate TV provider wouldn't take me to an active validation page (the YTTV redirect just kept spinning). I did also get NFL Sunday Ticket and that did validate me however and after than the NFL Network was showing up again.
EDIT - Spoke too soon. Checked this morning and not able to connect with NFL Network through EPlusTV.
Here's the generic logs from Portainer when I tune, FOX, CBS Sports HQ, and then NFL Network:
Channel #910 has an active event (Fox 43 Morning News at 7:00am). Going to start the stream.
Channel #820 has an active event (Scoreboard Final). Going to start the stream.
Could not get a playlist for channel #830. Please make sure there is an event scheduled and you have access to it.

Another issue I am seeing, though this may be more of a Channels issue.
For NFL Sunday Ticket content, I import into DISPATCHARR and then push out to Channels. In Dispathcarr, it's mapping the guide correctly based on time of game:
In Channels server, it's showing the correct infoas well:
But when viewing through my TV client (NVIDIA Shield), it's showing the games are on now:
Curious if anyone else is experiencing anything like this? I don't see this with other content I import (FDL as an example that has lots of dead air time), so not sure if this is an EPlusTV only issue or something else?
When I see could not get a playlist, the first thing I do is bounce the container.
I also have to do this every few months for Fox because Fox channels will fail. Bouncing the container gets it back. Had to do it this morning, what shows up in the logs is it trying to refresh the token over and over again.
Probably should just set up a Windows task to bounce it every week.
Not sure if there are any German Bundesliga fans in here, but the US English rights went from ESPN to USA. I know NBC/USA is DRM, but Fandango is going to stream games for free. They could be DRM as well but not sure as the first games will be this weekend. Wondering if this could be another source added to EPlusTV if they are DRM free.
If they are DRM-free, then I too would cosign @tonywagner if its possible
If they are DRM-d (which is very likely), maybe @KineticMan can integrate it into Fruitdeeplinks if he can
Also German Cup games will be streamed on the DFB's site. I wonder if that is possible to get any deeplinks or streams from there

I don't believe we've seen Fandango get scraped from Apple yet... will watch this weekend to see if those popup.
i think we have seen Bundesliga feeds from Peacock though
so I got this up and running but I don't see where to log in with my espn+ info at?
