ESPN+ & FOX Sports with Custom Channels via EPlusTV

I believe the linear channels do, but the typical ESPN+ channels don't have channel names.

That makes sense. Everything seems to be working great now. Thank you so much for the help!

Is anyone's Fox config showing the Super Bowl in 4K coming up? I only have the postgame show in my guide.
Not a huge deal since I have OTA options or could just watch on Fox Sports app (or tubi I think), just want to make sure it isn't my config though

This is what I have in my schedule:

I have no clue if it will be in 4K.

Edit: well, I will never know because:

I can't complain because I'm one of the few rare people who still get Fox TVE (I don't have OTA at this time):

I couldn't get the Fox 4K feed either, even though I had 4K enabled. Also, EPluTVs does not seem to pull in all the live games. I'm a fan of Belmont basketball as I attended undergrad there. On Saturday, it seemed everything from ESPN+ was in Channels except for the Belmont v. Missouri St. game. It worked fine on the ESPN app. My wife was able to watch the Florida v. Auburn game successfully using EPlusTV through Channels. Any reason why not all games show up? I refreshed the guide through Channels and the EPLus sign in page.

@m0ngr31 any chance you can take a look at SNY to see if you can integrate it in the container?

Thanks.

Increase your available channels. It'l be worse next weekend when baseball is added to the mix and you’ll have 4 college sports going!

Thank you. I'm at 1000 now if I did it correctly from the EPlus site. How many do you suggest? It only shows 750 on the source.

Any way mlb network can be added to the static channels just throwing it out there.

750 is a limitation set by channels dvr itself on custom sources. I would think 500 would be more than enough for eplus.

Thank you. I have ETPlus set to 1000, so I don't know why some live events are missing.

I have had multiple instances when the main guide didn't show the game I wanted to watch but if I clicked on something else to watch then pushed down on the remote and the quick guide came up, I scrolled through and the game would be listed on the quick guide, but not be listed in the main guide. Not sure on the rhyme or reason?!???!?

You shouldn’t set it that high. If eplus puts that game on channel 822 guess what happens? Channels can’t do more than 750 so it won’t show up. Set it lower than 749 in eplus.

If I have credentials I can look at getting it added

I don't think MLB Network shows up in the MLB.tv app. I'm pretty sure it just has Big Inning

Thanks again! I'll make the change.

MLB network is now availalbe with a stand alone subscription or it comes with mlb.tv package.
I tried playing the network on mlb app and it worked as expected.

So after looking more at it - the Android TV app doesn't show it for me at all, but on the regular Android app I can see it as an option, but my account doesn't have it enabled (but I can link my TVE provider).

If you don't mind DM'ing me your credentials so I can test, that'd let me see if I can add in both methods?

Also I guess I don't have MLB Network on my Fubo either :man_facepalming: so I can't test

Having an odd problem. Running latest version (reinstalled last night). I can tune ESPN2, ESPNU, etc, but ESPN errors out. Here's what I am seeing in the error logs:

Anyone else having this problem? And to clarify, I'm playing with Emby directly accessing EPlusTV. not going through channels, so don't have a log from channels to share, just the container manager log.

Is that trying to playback from a linear channel or a regular one that just happens to be from ESPN?
