I have. Been using channels for years and randomly get stuttering, almost fast-forward like play, on ESPN TVE. Audio is fine. I've just delt with it as I assumed it was either there issue or an Internet issue. I also have channels running through emby so I can support user accounts (really wish channels would support users). Today I decided to check ESPN on emby when this happened on channels and no issue what so ever. I jumped back and forth multiple times and every time the issue was on channels but no issue on emby.
I am using a tcl qm8 tv, 2019 shield pro, with 1 gig fiber internet and connected through Ethernet on a 1 gig dumb switch. I can't remember it happening on other TVE channels or antenna. I submitted player diagnostics at 8:35 pm central time on 2/5. My only theory is the lack of frame rate matching with channels app but have no idea on how to check. This also does not happen all the time and also doesn't happen right away, could start anytime when watch a game. It also did the same thing on the built in tcl android os. So doesn't seem player specific.
