ESPN1: Getting "authz retries failed"

Getting "authz retries failed" trying to tune ESPN1. TVE/Spectrum.

Tried on latest beta and stable release. Same error on AppleTV, iPhone client, and when rescanning in the web ui. Updated server to 2020.11.23.1721, same error.

You may have to remove and re-add the TVE source to correct this. I think that has worked for some other users experiencing that error recently.

Now I get this when trying to auth with Spectrum while re-adding TVE:

I would recommend submitting diagnostics from the DVR server to see if the Devs can see what the issue is.

The "Continue" button is new and the dvr will need to be taught how to click it. I will have a chance to fix this tomorrow.
