I give up. Channels refuses to record at the appropriate time. There are tuners available, the episodes are identified as new, the just don’t show up as recording when they are supposed to. If I tell it to manually record the episode, it brings me to the series that already exists. The episode just isn’t recording.

I created a "New" pass for RHOBH as follows:
When I click "2 recordings scheduled", it shows me all the recordings that match. There's one today at 6pm that already started so its not actually scheduled:
The Log also shows those episodes being scheduled and why the first one was skipped:

When I recreated the pass, it did not identify tonight’s episode. The guide data was reporting it as new and when I checked it before airtime, it was not highlighted for recording. When I chose to record it, the episode recording option took me to the existing pass. There was no way for me to manually record the airing unless I deleted the pass.
The same happened for last weeks episode. It looks like reunion 2 and 3 will be recorded.
I do have an advanced option set to ensure the episode number is greater than 0.
If you could post screenshots like mine that would be helpful.
