The Experimental TVE for my local (Zip 70508) NBC channel is not working, the picture is fragmented.
Its been this way for a few days.
Client and server.

Did you go to NBC website and try it? If it is the same then its the source from NBC.

I was experiencing the same problem on every device (Apple TV, Fire Stick, PC, Mac, iPhone), so, after trying several different transcoder combinations to no avail, I finally signed into NBC.com/live and the artifacts are there as well.
So, I suppose the problem is with the NBC TVE source, not Channels--at least for me.
I hope they get it sorted out soon.
You should contact the support on nbc.com/live and let them know your location and callsign and a photo of the issue
I am now seeing this, as well. I my case case, the wrong affiliate is showing up when I go to nbc.com/live and login with my provider (Spectrum). The station that shows is 100 miles away and the video is fragmented, as above. My geolocation is correct. I just sent a message to NBC.
If you go to the site https://www.nbc.com/live with a web browser, and before logging in keep refreshing the page, you'll notice the local station call sign changes (In the schedule below the video). I sometimes have to refresh up to 10 times before it comes up with my local station. Definitely an NBC issue.
I “contacted” nbc and got a computerized stock reply that basically said contact your provider.
I did leave a msg for the “ engineer” at my local nbc.
No reply yet.
After about 4 days of pixelation, mine's finally back to normal, so maybe NBC is slowly but surely sorting it out.

Mine is still "blocky".
My signal is clear now, as well. But I am still not receiving my local station - showing one 100 miles away. I sent an email to NBC - but I don't think they care enough to bother fixing it. Worked fine for years.
My NBC TVE experimental is now clear.
