Failed FS1 live sports TVE recording, and now can’t record replays

Failed recording in today’s US soccer game vs Wales. (Why am I recording? I don’t know. Weird times!). I have Verizon fios and hdhomerun prime running to Apple TV. I set the recording from the iOS app. Everything seemed fine when I set it, but didn’t work.

Log pasted below. Appears to have repeated about a million times today in the log.

I am trying to record other replays of it on FS1 and FS2, but it’s not letting me record the game on either channel (replays are on both). I can watch FS2 live (channel 584) and set other FS2 shows to record, but NOT this particular game! I tried to watch FS1 (channel 6197 via TVE), but it is telling me 404 platform not found and apparently isn’t working? And it won’t let me set replays of this game to record on fs1, but it will let me set other things on FS1 to record.

Any ideas?

Please press-and-hold on the Check For Updates button in the Settings page of your DVR. We have fixed this in the latest DVR pre-release.

I just updated but it’s still the same issue. Also, it shows the game that was scheduled to record at 2:30pm this afternoon still in my “scheduled recordings” list and I can’t seem to remove it?

Try via the web UI you should be able to remove it.

Perfect, that worked. And it let me set a replay to record for this evening.

I really appreciate the help. Your responsiveness and guidance make such a difference in the usability of Channels for less experienced users like myself. I love channels (makes me super nervous about my aging hdhomerun prime!), and you make it accessible where it otherwise might not be. So again, thank you!
