Failed Hulu Live login since my.disney changes

Has anyone been able to login to Hulu Live since their credentials were migrated to a my.disney account?

I just switched to Hulu live from Directv Stream thinking it would be an easy fix. But I'm getting failed password errors when trying to login. I'm using the same saved password that I use to login directly to the site and it works there.

My suspicion is that it might have to do with their forcing two-factor authentication on login now. When I do it manually, I'm prompted for the two-factor code. But when I do it via the TVE interface, I'm just seeing that it fails and claims to be using the wrong password.

Mine works but many people are having this issue with wrong password bs. I had to call hulu customer service and tell them to quit blocking my machine. They did something and said try it again and it works. I didn’t tell them anything about channels if you do they will just pass the blame. I imagine your results may vary depending if the agent is knowledgeable or not

I can't login to Hulu and their tech support wants me to open an incognito window. Which I can't actually do.

I told them to quit blocking my machine but they wanted to go through troubleshooting that I can't actually do.

Sounds like you are using a NAS. If they wanted you to open an incognito tab just try to scan a TVE channel. That’s exactly what the server does behind the scenes, it opens an incognito. I don’t run a NAS so I could do whatever they wanted. They didn’t ask me to open an incognito tab. Like I said people’s results are going to depend on CS knowledge.

Looks like captcha has taken it out, Hulu still fails with wrong password, but works normally on their site..
