I don't even know what this means since there was no issues with scheduling conflicts or anything else that would explain this.
We need way more details. Is this an error in the DVR web ui log? What were you trying to do?
This is what a scheduled recording says where it used to say queued on the schedule page for an episode that has passed the recording time. It's the developers whom should know what this message means and the rational for it abandon recording.
The message is meaningless without the context behind it.
If you submit diagnostics from the dvr we can take a closer look at what happened. Click Support > Troubleshooting > Submit Diagnostics

It looks like your recording failed because your OTA signal is really bad and we were unable to tune into the channel.
