Failed recording - Possible to access old logs?

Hi,

I had a failed recording from 2/3 weeks ago but I didn’t notice until now. Is it possible to access logs from this time to diagnose the problem?

On the day the show should have recorded, I can see this in the log:

2018/02/11 01:03:24 [DVR] Deleting job with expired serial: 1518379200-14 Call the Midwife (EP015196300089)

The show aired on 11-Feb at 20:00, so it seems to job was deleted on the day it should have been recorded. Any idea why this might have happened?

Can you email the entire log to [email protected] and I’ll see what happened.

Expired serial means the program disappeared from the guide data after an update. Usually means the program was rescheduled.
