Failed Recordings - ESPN

Hi Love Channels DVR. I set a pass to record last 3 ESPN Sportscenters. This past week I keep getting failures as per the below log. It was a 5AM Sportscenter. Any ideas?

Seems like a HDHR tuning issue. Are you using a tuning adapter?

I have a HD Homerun Prime 3 channel tuner.

I suggest going to my.hdhomerun.com and click into the PRIME, then click "System Status" and check "Send diagnostic information"

When it happens next, email [email protected] with your HDHR device ID and they should be able to tell you what's going on.

Is channels DVR able to detect that there is a problem with the Prime Cable channel and automatically switch to the TVE channel to complete a recording?

If the HDHR returns a failure, then yes. But in this case the HDHR is saying it tuned even though there was some sort of issue. An mpg file was recorded but it appears not to have any video data.

Yup, there was a very brief recording created. I'll try again and use the HDHR diagnostics you suggest below.
