Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

Very infrequent in both my Channels DVR Server logs. Appears it may be related to a Channels DVR service on the Internet. Last time it happened was 6/27 on both my servers when I also had problems logging in to this website forum while the rest of my Internet connections had no issues.

Next time it happens I will submit Diagnostic Logs, but before I do that I would like to know what is included in the Diagnostic Logs submittal so I don't have to wireshark it to find out. :grinning:

Ah, it could have been related to an outage. Please let us know if you see it again.

What does it mean?
Is it something to do with authenticating my Channels DVR Plus subscription?
I assume on failure it retries, else I would have issues.
