Seeing a couple of these errors in the DVR log. It may be related to my firewall rules but i wanted to point it out just in case there is something else going on.

This is going to cause issues… Can you make sure your OS is up to date with latest updates?

This is on a QNAP TS-451 with firmware version 4.2.2. The channels DVR Version is
2017.01.14.0019. Is the QNAP OS version what you are refereeing to?

Yea the QNAP OS, although it looks like it might be up to date.

Not quite sure why you’re seeing that error message, especially since you were able to login to the DVR initially without issue. Are you seeing it repeatedly, every few hours?

Yes every couple of hours. I just changed a firewall rule to see if that fixes the issue. I’ll let you know if i see it again.

Thanks. If the DVR is unable to refresh its authorization, it will eventually expire and lock you out because it won’t be able to tell that your subscription has renewed.

Is this sorted out after the firewall change?

Yes it was a firewall rule blocking the url.
