I have a Tablo and I know it’s not compatible with Channels but it will not allow you to record any programs on the FAST channels. Since TVE is non- existent and we have an antenna with Tablo, would we be able to record on FAST stations such as Cozu?

Do you mean NBC's Cozi TV?
Pretty sure Cozi is only available OTA in select markets and with an vMVPD subscription like YouTube TV, DirecTV, Hulu Live, Fubo, etc.
