Give a person a free tool and he'll go to the end of the earth asking for more...
Please sir, may I have another plate of porridge?
Nah. Liquid Glass / Transparent everything!

This could probably run on a TI-86 graphing calculator.
.
But seriously, It’s very lightweight. Only big draw is image caching which looks like about 1.5 GB of storage data but very low CPU. I need to keep an eye on image caching from getting out of hand but I did add some cleanup scripts in there. There is stats on the settings page.
So far, it doesn't seem very resource intensive. I'm running this container along with all of my other CDVR containers on my Synology NAS and I'm seeing this:

After I finish fine-tuning this installation, that resource usage will drop as I will disable the redundant containers.
I think I got this Samsung region resolved - tried new code (v1.2)
I promise I'll be better updating version numbers too-- I figured today would be a flury of updates
Not had the time to play around with this yet...will in a few days, or when its more polished up.
Might spin up a test CDVR server just to use for this initially to play with and see what channels I want and to compare to what I have already setup etc.
I just noticed that the Plex I have Guide data is missing starting in 1hr from now....if that no longer being maintained, guess I need to look into changing sources anyways.
Thank you for fixing Samsung.
pushed v1.3 ... added new source "LG Channels".. As expected, bunch of duplicates but excellent EPG data and quality looks good. And bonus for me, one of the easiest ones I've scraped.
Time Zone Setting: On the Dashboard page, it shows the last scraped time in UTC...
On the Sources tab, it also shows Last: 2026-03-16 18:55 UTC...
However, the Logs page shows the local time zone, which I've set in my yaml environment section...
environment:
- TZ=Pacific/Honolulu
2026-03-16 14:07:14,644 INFO app.worker: [audit] lg-channels: 125/193 — checked=113 flagged=0 dead=12 errors=0
Is there any way to reflect that environment local TZ in the dashboard and on the Sources tab?
I did attempt to be consistent in using UTC time throughout but appears I failed… Let me think through that.
Wait, just to make sure we're on the same page... I'm asking it could all be the local TZ that's set in the yaml file, instead of UTC...I'm 10 hours off UTC...
I got ya. I don’t want to break anything so let me ponder that.
LG Channels... Thank you for adding this... one more container I can look at getting rid of...
Not sure how much work this is, but how much work would it take to see if you can add the LG_GB channels?
If you can't add/scrape all of them, I'm only looking for 2 at this time...

The US playlist used to have the US versions, but I can't find those channels anymore... not even on the LG channels web page...
I understand there are IE, GB, SE, FI, DK, NL, NO LG channels out there...kinda like the Samsung playlists...
If it can't be added, no worries...
If me listing the channels here violate the rules, let me know and I'll delete the listings...
I actually saw those country codes when probing the API I used, but everything outside of US returned a 500 error. But you know I like a challenge. I'll look around - maybe it's a EU specific endpoint or something.
thanks for adding the LG channels. Trying to get some stuff that is drm protected on one service but in the clear oin others.
Request for the localnow channels...
Lots of local US channels, states, cities...
web page: https://localnow.com/
How do i manually set something as a dupe? there is stuff that is just slightly off naming wise
The LG Channels this tool uses will be from the US webbased service. Which has less than half the channels of the actual TV service.
No way currently-- I could add it, but wouldn't you just manually want to disable a duplicate like that? What's the use case?
