@daldana7296 Could you post the current set of ah4c env var overrides you're using please?
EDIT: I setup a duplicate environment to yours this morning, including configuring a single virtual tuner with the exact Capture Card you're using. No issues with the tuner being in use, so I'm back to looking a the basics, which is why I'm requesting your env var overrides.
docker logs <container name> gives you all the log lines since container start.
docker logs --tail <number of lines> <container name> gives you the last <number of lines> of the log.
I've seen you write about this enough times on the forum now, that I feel compelled to make a few comments:
It's a shame that you've ruled out Portainer based on not having the correct password after you set it up. It's clear you feel strongly you had the correct password, but I think we can probably agree, that writing passwords down (or copy-and-pasting) is not 100% foolproof.
Part of the reason I feel it's a shame is because more than a few users, that are using this WebUI for Docker, have reported their understanding of what Docker is all about has greatly improved. Portainer provides an overview and toolkit, that can really help with that "aha" moment. 
This is absolutely one of the failings of AI as it exists today. I've seen this many times myself, where a simple to solve problem is somehow morphed into something that's barely recognizable.
For example, resetting a Portainer password is not difficult. From the Portainer docs:
There are even options for resetting the password with one of your choosing:

Stop your stack, and between these two overrides, add FASTCHANNELS_URL=. The URL should be in the form http://<hostname or IP of FastChannels>:5523, like so:

I frfr struggled with Docker and had ruled out Portainer after 2 failed miserably attempts at getting it to work. You and other very patient and helpful members convinced me to try it again despite me being absolutely bull-headed about it. It was definitely an “aha” moment when it all came together and started working. Zero mockery was greatly appreciated because I felt like such an idiot and the whole Docker solution started making sense. I haven’t got the point of OliveTin yet, but I suspect I will eventually as my confidence levels with Docker increase. I am still very sorry for any less than friendly tone I have posted in the past and for not listening to those trying to help. This really is a great community of people helping each other.
@KineticMan I have a confirmed bug for you related to viewing Sling content via the ah4c bridge. When watching Sling premium movie channels live, I get a screen freeze between features. If I back out to the guide, and re-tune, it works fine until I'm between movies again.

looks like Sling is doing what some other sources do-- it's not a "live" stream per se... They stich together some VOD files and serve it up like it's live. So, when that file ends, the stream crashes because the VOD file has reached it's end.
Not sure i'll solve this one.... on the case!
Haven't been keeping up with this topic, or for that matter the Fast Channels interface because everything I wanted was already implemented and it just worked. Or at least everything that I thought I wanted. 
I was taking a look at the interface today and noticed two new features that interest me - TVE support and HDHomeRun support. With that said, I have the following asks:
Can you add support for multiple HDHomeRuns? I have one local and one remote. I would like to be able to connect to both.
When I went to set up TVE, my provider, Blue Stream Fiber, isn't listed. Every time I have to log into TVE to access some channels (for example the ESPN app, the Fox One app, the TNT & TBS apps, the CBS Sports app, the NBC Sports app, etc.), Blue Stream Fiber is listed and I am able to log in. Can you take a look at why they aren't listed in FastChannels?

Do you think that's true for all Sling content? I could see it with certain channels, but the premium movie channels I'm talking about are Starz/Encore -- so I wouldn't think those originate with Sling. And what about the various networks that they have in their Orange and Blue packages?
good point... i would expect it from random "fast" style channels - not a premium channel.

looks like they wrap ALL their channels in SSAI tracking. the real live stuff is behind that.
luckily, we can tell WHEN it will fail ahead of time (has a timer). So gotta design some sort of automatic "restart the stream" at X time.
I think that'll handle that issue. Sling is weird like that with premium channels. Not the first time I heard of them doing something like that. I enjoyed the service but its anemic with its sports offerings and compared to Directv Stream Sports Only Pack, too expensive
(PS I just wish the Channels dev would develop something like that for the clients. I've had streams stop on me and I had to reach for my remote to retry the stream. Only Clicker by @mackid1993 seems to get it, if a stream suddenly dies, don't just stop and not do anything, try connecting to it again....)
Ok and thank you so much for the prompt replies and support to everyone on the forum. I am going to play around with this and see if I can get it so the audio lag isn't a factor any more. If I figure it out I will post something. At least my experience is out here now so if anyone else sees it they know they are not the only one. Much appreciated!
Is that something FC Player would need to handle?
that's my hope... trying to prevent a "watchdog" on the FC server - that sounds hairy.
ps FC_Player is pretty hands off - it just takes the DRM License stuff and passes it off to the ExoPlayer (Build-in android player). But, maybe it can do more... fingers crossed.
I've had a few people ask about multiple HDHomerun. I'll look into what that'd look like.
Problem with all these little cable providers is they all have their own unique signin pages... Not sure how deep I want to go with TVE as it's a dying breed anyway. That being said, I'll at least look into it more!
