An item that may be useful would be something through the ATV client that displays status information about the detected DVR server. Most of the information is available on the web interface… but it would be nice to be able to view it (read only is fine) on the client as well (maybe buried in the settings menu somewhere). Info such as:
- IP of detected DVR engine
- Remaining disk space
- DVR version / last updated
- DVR OS
- DVR CPU
- Current activity
- maybe even view the DVR log file
