File mysteriously dissapeared

I tried to use Wondershare UniConverter to split one of the recording into 3 pieces, 2 of the pieces went ok first shown me "Failed". Ok so I start looking and it looks the file is missing.
That fragment of the log indicate that file was recorded.

But it's not there: I have 4 fles in directory and 5 listed in library, 0 listed in trash.
Cannot find it in finder or by using 'find' folder. This is 2nd time I am loosing Channels recording, at first I was not sure but now it's obvious. Any suggestions ?

It was only supposed to record for 16s?

The only reason the file would not be created on disk is if the stream never started receiving any video data.

Nah, it was short block around 5 minutes, apparently I lost internet connection during recording, but ~40 minutes ago file was there, it had to be because I watched fragment before I start convertng and that fragment was ~1 minute long. I feel lost, any recommendations for good software to recover lost files from disk on Mac?

Sorry for bothering you with such case, but I would like to investigate if Channels didn't purge the file itself.
