Find Listings of Recording Errors

I just set up Channels in the past day or two. I started with Plex, but most recordings just failed, so I downloaded Channels and set up an account. I have had a few recordings fail on Channels and saw that because I looked through each show recorded. (I think they failed because Channels and Plex, at the time, were competing for tuner access - it was before I shut down the Plex DVR.)

Is there some way I can see a listing or log of what recordings have failed and why they failed?

You should see this on the DVR's schedule tab. If you update to the latest pre-release (click-and-hold Check for Update) it will show better error messages for the failures on the web UI under DVR > Schedule
