Fios TVE "Zip Code" Authentication?

Hello All,

For whatever reason, my Verizon Fios TVE wasn't working, and I lost a few channels. When this happens, I usually just remove the Fios entry, and re-input my credentials. Not today!

For whatever reason, my Channels server is spitting out the following screencapped error. I know the password is correct, but I guess they require zip codes for the billing address now?

Any thoughts?

This resolved itself. Reset the account password and it worked. Leaving this here for anyone who gets stuck.

It’ll probably get reset again. This happened to me for months.

I’d suggest making a sub account and logging in with that.

Not sure how to do that on a residential FiOS account ? I couldn't find anything on the site within the main account.

If I'm blind, I apologize. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction, if you know ?

I don't know off the top of my head, and I know that account management site is insane. But I was able to actually find it and make a separate account that I only use for signing in with TVE. After doing that, my password stopped getting reset EVERY month.

Found it! Under "My Profile" on the mobile site. The desktop one is horrid. Hopefully this works with the sub account! Thank you !
