FNC/FBN TVE errors

Hello. I am getting the following errors when I am doing a channel scan on FNC and FBN. I have tried deleting the source and adding it back again but no luck. All other channels appear to be fine. I am running the latest server version. Thanks in advance to anyone that can assist.

hello.

is anyone else having this issue? i just reinstalled channels and chrome and added back both fios and optimum as tve providers and this issue is still happening. this is on windows 11.

thanks.

it appears to be only happening on windows 11 as i just tried it on osx ventura and it appears to be working fine. please let me know if anyone can help as my windows 11 machine is the main machine that i use for channels. thanks.

My Channels DVR server is running on Windows 11 too.
I just checked these 2 channels and they are working fine for me (rescan + watching live).

Sorry, I don't know much about server hardware/network configuration so I can't help you much.

I just wanted to report that it seems to be a problem on your side.

I wish I could help more.
Hopefully, somebody else who is knowledgeable will chime in.

My server is running in on Windows 10, and I’m also seeing this error on a bunch of channels

Did no one actually read the error?

context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers

So, Fox's servers took too long to send information, Channels waited long enough, and now you got nothing.

The error is that Fox's servers didn't respond, and there is nothing Channels can do to make them respond.

Thanks for the responses. I have been trying this for a while now and still have an issue with these 2 channels from this location. I just tried again and it is still happening. The next thing I am going to try is to reset the router/ont and pull a new ip address and see if that solves the issue.

One other thing to add is that I am able to watch the channels from Chrome on the same computer using my fios credentials which seems strange given the error that I am getting from Channels when it does a TVE scan.

Quick update on my situation. I ended up installing Channels on a laptop at the same location where I am having the issue with these 2 channels. Everything worked fine and they were picked up during the TVE scan. I figured that it had something to do with the Windows 11 install on the machine that I am having problems on. I ended up replacing the SSD with an M2 drive that I was planning on doing anyway and did a fresh install of Windows 11 and did the scan and still had the same issue with these 2 channels. I then tried something that I had not done before and removed the ethernet cable from the computer given that it has both ethernet and wifi and i did the scan and low and behold the 2 channels came in without an issue.

It seems that on this particular computer (elitedesk 800 g3 mini i7) TVE authentication times out on ethernet for only these two channels for some reason but works fine on wifi for some reason. I hope that this post might help others that experience the same or similar issues.
