Followup to playon bad recording

I had an out of sync recording from Playon this is their response ...

Hi Edwin,

We're examining the recording now. It looks like something occurredin the video player on the Provider site as the video was streaming while being recorded. We're still investigating, but in the meantime, we've issued a replacement credit to your account + 2 additional free credits. Please delete the bad recording and re-record (you can use the replacement credit to record the same video or something else).

Please let us know if you run into any other trouble.

Deleted recording in the Cloud and Channels DVR pruned deleted. Rescheduled in Playon and Channels downloaded on completion everything worked ... no sync issues this time.

Thanks for this feedback. I was curious how good their customer service might be for faulty recordings. Good to know they didn't give you any hassle.
