Thank you for the ideas. They were tried without a solution to the station Id/guide.
Your suggestions did guide me towards a different solution.
Locate the same channel(s) anywhere within my time zone, doesn’t matter where as long as it’s in the time zone and use their station id’s. This worked perfectly.
I was too consumed with finding the exact stations which in this case didn’t matter, affiliates worked just fine. Hope this helps someone else.
This only seems to come up with Satellite options, so the channels aren’t exactly correct. For example, NBC Chicago wouldn’t show the same programming as the NBC that comes up for Central Time on C-Band.
Is there another trick to pulling all Central channels for Over the Air?

As of v2018.08.27.1927, the lineup editor in the DVR (pencil icon under HDHR) now lets you add stations from multiple zip codes by clicking the plus icon at the top of the editor dialog.
