Force Guide Refresh

Is there a way to force a refresh of the guide data through command line ? I would ike to refresh more than every morning as sometimes there are program guide changes.

This worked out great today I have it do an update at 4:00PM and it picked up the ESPN replay of Kobe's last game ... was not on the schedule prior to me running the command.
