March madness has infected channels dvr! Is there any way to get a guide update to happen so those “teams TBA” can go away?

The guide data for the next 7 days refreshes every morning between 9-10am. You can also force it by clicking the refresh icon next to the guide source under your HDHR, on the web admin Settings ui.
There is no bounce or spinning in that icon to let you know it worked. That would be nice. I did check the log and it only ran once then just pruned 0 every other time I clicked it.
You can only click it once every 3 hours.
PAC-12 tourney has both incorrect teams listed and TBAs. Now where can I force an update?
Yeah, it just doesn’t look like i did it. The trash can and the pencil are dead icons too, but at least the user sees something happen to know they clicked it. I was just saying that there isn’t any positive feedback that its now updating the guide. It would also be nice to see hover over text as well.

Did a refresh but still showing az state vs Oregon at 8:30 instead of USC vs ucla. Of course the ducks already beat the sun devils.
When is this game you’re looking at?
The refresh can take a while. Click on the Log tab to see how far it’s gotten.

If the guide lists “Pac-12 tournament”, why when I search for this term does it come up empty?
Could be an issue with the search index. Does “tournament” show it?

Okay, I see. The index only contains team names and show names, so you’d have to search for “College Basketball” and then you could see all the upcoming games.
We don’t have the ability to search for specific episodes by their title/description at this time.
