Suggest creating Forum Sticky threads for moderators to create FAQ's, either one for the forum or one for each category.
Since the commercial website (getchannels.com) FAQ's don't answer deeper Q&A's or Technical FAQ's that this forum is better at answering.
It would reduce moderater/dev answers if they could just send a link to the Sticky's thread (that they could lock) and all of the community would then have access to that resource.
