I live in the Los Angeles area. For some reason channel 11 Fox HD switches over to a Spanish speaking channel. All of the guide data is for Fox, but the A/V is different. It happens on its own and has now happened multiple times. Is there a way to block this other channel?

it doesn't switch while channel is tuned. It only happens between viewings. The spanish channel is in Tijuana. It shares the same 11.1 channel as KTTV in Los Angeles. After re-scanning available channels with HDhomerun it has since changed back to KTTV.
I found this online. Take note of the PSIP comment: XHTJB- TDT is a television station in Tijuana, Baja California. Broadcasting on digital channel 15 (mapping to channel 11 using PSIP)
Okay that means you're picking up both signals and the HDHR is switching randomly between them when it does automatic rescans every three days.
This is a HDHR issue and you need to contact [email protected] about it.

Not that I know of. Again that's something that's part of the HDHomeRun firmware so you'd have to ask them.
