FOX TVE issue

I recently lost FOX on Xfinitiy TVE.

I did the normal loading the dvr page via https and unchecking/checking the Local Networks box.

Not sure if it's the problem, but if I load https://fox.com/live in a private Chrome window (on a separate pc, same lan), I see that there's a "Sign in with provider" button that almost instantly disappears and changes into an unclickable "Preview Pass". The video starts playing fine though.

There's a banner that also goes away that says "Enjoy your preview pass for the next 59:00 minutes" and is on a countdown. If I mouseover the banner, it appends "Sign in to unlock all episodes"

So just before posting this, I upgraded from 2023.01.28.0211 to 2023.01.31.0414 and unchecked/rechecked the box. Fox is there now, but it's unclear to me if it's because my Preview Pass expired or of something was fixed in the new release.

I just realized I'm having this issue as well. I was looking thru Hulu for something to watch and noticed a show that I usually record and saw I missed 3 episodes. Checking the DVR source, 6002 is listed as FTS with no option to map it to a guide provider. I rescanned a few times and it still stays like this. I can tune in and watch what's on, but the guide just shows FTS @ 7pm, FTS @ 8pm and so on. Logs submitted.

This is Spectrum on Frontier internet. I'm using Frontier DNS, but diagnostics think I'm using Google DNS, if that makes a difference.

FTS issue can be fixed by unchecking and rechecking the TVE locals checkbox

This happened to me as well. Is there a way to be notified when a channel drops off our source? If not could that be considered for a feature request?
