ULK is Uplynk, a CDN owned/operated by Verizon. The errors seem to indicate an issue with the CDN failing to deliver to segments in a timely manner, causing the errors.

Upon its surface—and based upon the limited information given—the problem is with the website (Fox News Channel) and how they are distributing the feed, and not Channels. In other words, it's them (FNC), not you (Channels).

Ok - thanks. Does it make sense that it works for my AT&TNow streaming service?

I am not connected to Verizon, but nothing I can do about that - right?

Not really as AT&T Now gets it feed from a different source than TVE.

Unknowingly, yes you are. The streams are coming from Uplynk/Verizon. That doesn't mean you are using a Verizon login/credentials, only that they own the computers on the internet that are serving the Fox News streams.

(Uplynk is the same as Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai, or myriad other content delivery networks (CDNs). Its parent company just happens to be Verizon.)
