FR: Remove tags from recordings/channels that don't apply (TVE)

Guide information "tags" provided by the guide are applicable only to the OTA/cable broadcasts; Locast and TVE streams don't necessarily contain all of the "advertised" features.

The lack of "features" in the stream I am referring to are things such as multichannel audio (DD5.1), secondary captions/audio descriptions (DVS, for Descriptive Video Service), or classifying SD streams as HD. (For some reason, all streaming feeds are classified by Channels as HD, regardless of their resolution.)

What I am requesting is actually two things:

  1. When a recording is made, if the content of the recording does not match the information in the guide, the entry for the recording should be modified to match the actual file, not the expected broadcast. For example, a Locast or TVE recording from a channel that is listed as broadcasting in 5.1 audio would not have the DD5.1 tag retained, because all streams presently are stereo only. Since the recording is already processed post-recording to detect commercials, this would be of minimal impact. (Also, this information is already available from the web UI.)
  2. When adding a streaming source, a sample could be taken to check the resolution of the stream. When a stream has a resolution below 720p, it should be marked as SD just as the HDHR tuners do. (Presently, all streaming sources are marked as HD channels, regardless of the actual resolution being broadcast.)

Of course, these ideas/requests are open to suggestions, modifications, and comment.

These two tags are now removed from the guide database for Locast and TVE (in the next pre-release).
