I'm new here and was able to load some free and legal m3u's for tablo which I own distro and a few others
Https://www.apsattv.com/distro.m3u is the format but does anyone have the guide data files.? I am just trying to put the channels of services I have in one location. Kinda defeats that purpose if you need to click on every show

I read what docker is and it sounds more complicated than downloading and installing a file and then entering an m3u filename in a gui i might be outta luck
Yes it is. But its worth it. I would give setting up Docker on Windows a tech difficulty of 4/10. Its hard enough you wont successfully do it without reading instructions. But if you read instructions or watch YT video. You can have docker up and going in under a hour.
