What are all of the free TV sources that can be added? It looks like Pluto, Stirr and Locast can be added. Are there others?
Locast is not free.
You have to pay $5 a month "donation fee" to Locast for the ad free version to use it with Channels DVR.
Locast is also geolocation restricted, only works in the areas they offer it.

Oh, thanks for mentioning that. I downloaded their app on my Apple TV and it made me go to their website to activate it but its not asking me for a payment. It must be some kind of trial I guess.
Accounts that do not "donate" $5/mo have the streams interrupted at regular intervals with an advert.
