Freeze and Locking

I am havinng a consistant issue while watching live TV. After a bit, the picture will freeze, then the program seems to become unresponsive. Once I exact back to the Guide and try to re-enter, I get a Playback Failed screen until I exit Channels and either reboot the Firestick or kill the program manually and restart. Firestick version 6.2.8.1 (NS6281/4054). Channels DVR version 4.0.1

Diagnostics Submitted.

Try changing Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder

Changed to Hardware. Rebooting then testing now.

Locked up again. Sent diagnostics.
