FS: LinkPi ENC5 V2 / ONN 4K Pro ADB Tuner Setup for Channels DVR – $399 Shipped

Hey guys, before I put this stuff on eBay, I figured I'd offer it here first. I'm working on another project and no longer have a need for video encoding, so I'm looking to sell my LinkPi setup.

I'd rather sell everything together since it's pretty much a ready-to-go ADB tuner setup for Channels DVR. I figured somebody here would appreciate the complete setup rather than me parting everything out on eBay.

Here's what's included:

  • LinkPi ENC5 V2 5-port HDMI encoder
  • Netgear GS108PE 8-port switch (4 PoE ports)
  • 3 ONN 4K Pro streaming boxes
  • 3 USB Ethernet adapters
  • PoE adapter for the LinkPi
  • All power supplies, splitters, Ethernet cables, and other adapters

I originally put this together to eliminate as much cable clutter as possible. The LinkPi is powered through the PoE switch, and all three ONN boxes share a single power supply. So the entire setup only needs two power outlets and one Ethernet connection to your network , and you're good to go.

I also added USB Ethernet adapters to the ONN boxes to get around their built-in 100 Mbps Ethernet limitation. I've tested them and get around 450–500 Mbps using the adapters.

Everything is already wired up and ready to go. Just configure the ONN boxes for your services, add them to Channels DVR, and you're up and running.

Asking $399 shipped in the continental US for everything. Not looking to make a fortune here, just cleaning out some gear I no longer need.

Let me know if anyone's interested.

Having bought a lot of these component parts in the last few months, this seems like a great deal!

Just curious how you did the combined power supply for the 3 onn boxes — is this written up somewhere?

I just basically went with a 3a power supply and then used a 3 way power splitter  I REALLY wanted to do this all POE but the ONN's were a little flaky so I went with a seperate power supply. Oddly enough the linkpi is rock solid being powered via POE. So there is just switch power and the shared ONN power to deal with.

Thanks! I've also got our LinkPi PoE powered with no issues; good to know that works!

Hey guys I'm sorry this is sold now
