Fubo TV project

Just spitballing here, but if it were me in a similar situation, and I was asked the question, this would be a truthful response, without being unnecessarily specific:

"I was tinkering with some code with ChatGPT to automate tuning into Fubo TV channels on my computer and when setting it all up I accidentally typed in the wrong password in the code so my program kept trying over and over again. I'm sorry about that, I've fixed my mistake, it won't happen again."

Used the online chat and as soon as I entered my e-mail they sent me a password reset without a second thought.

How do I tell what release I have?

Go to the container's webpage on your server. It'll be http://serverip:containerport

(so mine is at http://10.0.1.21:7776)

this is what is looks like, the version is mentioned at the top:

I just lost a bunch of Fubo TVE stations which include all of the ones I care about that did not come through the Docker system.

Is this just me, or are they lost forever?

Did you do any of these steps?

I tried everything. TVE is working fine with Fubo, but doing a channel scan produces a list that no longer contains a bunch of channels that used to be there. If everyone is in the same boat, I can go on to other options. However, if I'm the only one, I will spend more hours looking for a solution.

Some example of channels you lost would help to identify if it's just you or others.

Like @jator said, give us some examples.

Also, for the channels that are missing, if you go to manage lineup from sources and then at the top right of the lineup click scan, it will show you error messages if it can find the channel but is failing to log in. If you have any messages there let us know what the message is and the corresponding channel.

You aren't the only one. Channels like Freeform, FX, and FXX all disappeared from Fubo TVE.

Freeform, FX, FXX and FXM are all still available on my Fubo TVE. Not sure why either you don't still have access or I still do.

I was a huge supporter of Fubo for a long time…
Seeing how they began to roll out DRM last year, after trying to recreate the original container against their new api, I gave up. I went with DirecTV Stream.
WAF didn’t miss a beat.

Ditto, still have access on my Fubo TVE source.

One example is that ESPN just disappeared.

ESPN and most Disney channels have not been available via the vlc-bridge for quite some time. All Disney have had DRM on them for at least a year. Ignoring them was hardcoded into the project for as long as I can remember.

Vlc-Bridge and TVE from Fubo have had different channel lineups for some time. Up until the last month, I was getting ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNNWS, just fine. If it was not from Vlc-Bridge, then it was from TVE/Fubo. Now I can not find it on any service that I can plug into Channels.

You may not (yet) be aware, but last month Fubo added ESPN Unlimited for all US English Fubo customers. Once you go in and activate that, you can then use EPlusTV to access ESPN (both linear & other) via Channels. The most up-to-date EPlusTV is the one from https://hub.docker.com/r/tonywagner/eplustv and works quite well!

All the ESPN channels are still working for me via TVE using my Fubo login. Maybe try managing your lineup and rescanning for channels from the sources tab.

Thanks, I was not aware of this. I have addded it now and will see how things work out.

I did a new scan, and then re-scanned one channel at a time and all the ones I had have come back. Thanks for confirming that they still worked.
