None of FX channels via TV Everywhere are working for me. Getting tuner not available on my Nvidia Shield Channels app on all four of the channels. Just wanted to find out if others are seeing this? Thank you.
What does the DVR's log show?
All four FX channels working on XFINITY.
I tried the FX website with the dish login and all the sites work there for the dish login so it isn't an dish
account issue. These are the lines of log with the 403 forbidden on each.
Are you using any kind of custom DNS, proxy or VPN?
Hmm, I am using unlocator.com service, I wonder if it is that? Let me disable that to see if that corrects the problem.
Yep, that was the fix. I guess those networks didn't like the unlocator dns addresses. Thank you @tmm1 for the suggestion.
Just curious. What error message were you getting ?
That the tuner was in use when I turned to the channel. It was multiple FX and AMC channel that was saying the same thing. It was also happening on any Shield TV device, not just one.
