considering dusting off an old Gateway I found in the closet and using as dedicated dvr for Channels. concerned whether it has enough power for my uses which are running 4 atv4k’s all hard wired. no remote viewing,commercial detection. 2 hdhr two tuner versions OTA. will frequently watch while a show is being recorded.
The computer system is:
windows 7 64 bit
intel core I-5 2430 m 2.4 ghz.
will probably have a wd external drive attached to record.
Intel i5 is more than powerful enough for your needs
