Getting error on TS4K when connecting remotely

I'm getting the error (in attached pic) when trying to remotely connect with my new TS4K. I have a FireTV that connects fine.

Any ideas (besides rude comments from the TS4K haters!)?

One additional piece of info. I can access the dvr just fine from inside the house on the home network. I just get this error when trying from inside the trailer on the local trailer network.

Toggle remote access on your dvr I reset your domain

Can you submit diagnostics from Settings > Support after seeing the error

How do I get to that screen if I can't get to the main interface of the app? Or do you mean from the server?

You can do it via the Help button

Uploading a new beta with possible fix

I tried it again and I'm still getting the error. I'm uninstalling/reinstalling the app on the TS4K right now.

Can you submit diagnostics with the new build. Does it say 5.15.2113 in Settings > Support > About ?

Still getting the same error. Tried connecting over a different remote network... just to rule out issues with previous remote network... and I'm still getting the same error/issue.

Anyone have any suggestions?

This is a bug in the app. We are working on a fix.
