Getting Forbidden Error Spectrum TV change in subscription

I want to DVR movies from TCM. Spectrum moved me to a plan without TCM. I corrected it and TCM is back in my channels subsribed. I can get to TCM on the Spectrum App but keep getting 403 Forbidden when I try to log back into TV Everywhere.

Does it work on the TCM website

Unfortunately, I cannot get beyond logging into TV Everywhere with my Spectrum Login. I should mention it worked before:

On TCM not the DVR

On the computer with the channels server I get "403 Forbidden".

On my main pc when I go, I get "Congratulations!

You're now ready to watch on mobile, tablet or the web."
I appreciate your help. I hope I can get the Channels server back working.

Ok, I solved this, but it was due to a simple mistake on my part. Before you set up your source, temporarily disable your VPN.
