Getting TLS handshake timeout

I have Channels DVR running on a Synology 918+ subscribed to DirecTV as one of my sources via TV Everywhere. I am frequently getting the following screen error.

This is making miss my football recordings. Extremely urgent.

I am a loyal customer for many years. Please help.

You have some sort of internet connectivity problem

My internet connection is with AT&T Uverse fiber optics. I just ran an internet test showing download speeds of 871 mbps download and 635 mbps upload speed.

I removed the DirecTV source and when trying to add it again it will not connect back. I double checked the email and password to be the correct one. Somehow the TV Everywhere is not connecting to DirecTV. I have football games to watch tomorrow. Please help.

Please go to Support -> Troubleshooting -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

Thank you Eric. When I went to Support/Troubleshooting I notice this:

TV Everywhere
Chrome version is out of date: 97.0.4692.56
Click here to upgrade Chrome - button

Now the login is not failing and it is loading the DirecTV channels. Thanks a lot for your help.
