Global Playback Speed Defaults

I'd love to have the ability to globally set a default playback speed for all shows/movies, etc. As it is currently, I need to go to each-and-every show and go to "Show Options" and adjust playback speed.

Weirdly, a set of defaults already exists for many of the other features tweakable in "Show Options" (e.g. autoplay, commercial skipping).

TL;DR:
Minimally - I'd love to have a default global speed setting.
Ideally - everything in Show Options should be available as a globally configurable default.

There's no plans to add a global playback speed setting.
