Been out of town for a few weeks, been using Channels on my FS 4K I take with me. The past 3 or 4 days I've lost guide data and anything recorded using my SD ATSC 3 tuner has an audio sync problem. Stuff recorded via TVE is fine.
Even without guide data scheduled recordings are happening. Sent a diagnostic the other day and an email but heard nothing.

Update your DVR to prerelease. There were a bunch of fixes for remote ATSC3 viewing.

Update your DVR to pre-release (not your Fire Stick).
Since you're remote, open https://my.channelsdvr.net in a web browser on another device and log in to access your DVR web admin. Then you can update:
