This was raised earlier in this thread , but it's more general. It looks like guide data hasn't been updated in a few days, based on stale data, and the data itself ending earlier than the normal 14 days.
My guide data end 4/12/26 so I'm not seeing an issue. Have you forced a download?
Many.
I would expect at least a little data out to 14th or 15th today, too.
I just forced a download. Log says last guide data downloaded was 4/13/2026 at 2:00 am. Log also says "reached end of available guide data." Nothing you can do about that but wait for Gracenote to get updated.
But, Gracenote itself is updating, per this post
Check that thread - the same thing happened a week+ ago, and @maddox confirmed it was fixed on the gracenote end.
Easy check here - look on TBS for teams in the final 4 this coming Saturday. If you see TBA, the channels pull of gracenote isn't updating
I'm seeing the same as Morris. Admittedly, I'm also not a huge college basketball fan. I would imagine that college madness or whatever they call it would be difficult to keep up with for an EPG provider.
2 different issues, not sure if they're a gracenote issue or a CDVR gracenote API issue
- reached end of available guide data
- Channels DVR not getting the updated guide data gracenote has for March Madness and others with Teams TBA
The first one happens occasionally and straightens itself out
The second one has been ongoing as long as I can remember
Now that you mention it, I think recall some similar problems with NFL Football during the playoffs.
This isn't what's happening though.
Gracenote itself has been updated for days now. The NCAA games are only a good example because they prove it's not a guide length issue - it's simply not updating in Channels.
I also don't understand why everyone is discounting the "reached end of available guide data" issue - it's a 2nd symptom of the same problem, this time.
I can't be the only one to notice that Channels usually pulls guide data out to 2 weeks + 2ish days, normally. My guide data currently ends at morning of April 12, so it hasn't received anything new for a few days now. Amazingly, this lines up perfectly with the NCAA games not being updated either.
