Hey guys - I just wanted to say thanks for doing such a great job on the app and DVR. It’s been generally running great for me - and when there has been a bug or glitch, you’ve been amazingly responsive. It’s a pleasure to work with a team like yours!
Yesterday, I took all of my equipment back to Comcast - my bill has gone from $196/mo down to $69/mo, and thanks to your service, I’m not missing out on anything (at least not for a couple of months, when I’ll have to add Vue for NBCSN F1 streaming
).
Once you figure out what’s happening with the DS916+ transcoder, I will literally run out of things to worry about with this setup!
