Great job guys

Hey guys - I just wanted to say thanks for doing such a great job on the app and DVR. It’s been generally running great for me - and when there has been a bug or glitch, you’ve been amazingly responsive. It’s a pleasure to work with a team like yours!

Yesterday, I took all of my equipment back to Comcast - my bill has gone from $196/mo down to $69/mo, and thanks to your service, I’m not missing out on anything (at least not for a couple of months, when I’ll have to add Vue for NBCSN F1 streaming :smile:).

Once you figure out what’s happening with the DS916+ transcoder, I will literally run out of things to worry about with this setup!

I second this! Fantastic App. You Devs delivered big time! I love everything about Channels DVR from the platform architecture, to the UI. It’s so speedy and responsive compare to Comcast and most every other DVR I’ve used.
Thank you for all the long hours, and continued 1st class support!

Agreed. You guys are doing an amazing job. I even purchased the iOS app even though I don’t need it just to further support the team.

I would like to add my voice in thanking the devs for a superlative DVR experience. It is so refreshing to see multiple steps forward with each iteration of the DVR app(s) without some of the devasting backwards steps (or no progress) I’ve seen in other solutions.

It is amazing that devs have been able to keep up with all the requests for specific user guidance on so many platforms. Way beyond my expectations.

With their vision and dedication, I know Channels will keep progressing forward to offer all of us the most comprehensive and efficient solution for tvOS and iOS recording/playback.

And, with the addition of Web UI architecture, linux and VM integration the devs have also provided an outstanding solution to many others who are now able to utilize the excellent Channels DVR.

Very impressive!

Another thanks from me as well, the support here is fantastic and the speed that the updates come out is incredible. I’ll also be returning my Comcast equipment this weekend. Great job.

I too would like to say great job guys! What an amazing app!! I can’t believe how smooth and fast it is and this a BETA. I was using PLEX’s BETA DVR and it pales in comparison to the refinement and speed of Channels. I’ve uninstalled PLEX beta and is using Channels exclusively as my DVR. Also, thanks for always being so quick to respond, fix bugs and add features… it’s truly astonishing.
