This has cropped up a few times now, for me. I come out of a commercial skip, or fast forward, and the screen goes completely green. I can exit out to guide, and occasionally start watching something else.
My best guess is that is has to do with frame rate matching, as i believe switching to a new stream with different res/rate fixes it.
I'll try to grab diagnostics from client from last night, when it happened.
