Guide and Top Shelf Issues

Hi, new to Channels and have a couple of issues. I do not have the DVR currently, just the ATV App, version 3.03. My setup; single ATV 4K, single HDHomeRun Connect, Los Angeles OTA market.

  1. The guide will not go past 4 hours into the future. I have tried everything in a previous thread to no avail. There are no unknown channels, I have tried both SD and Gracenote guides. I have disabled unused channels directly in the HomeRun itself. Rebooted etc.

  2. The Top Shelf has stopped working. It stopped working sometime after I installed the App originally about a week ago. I was able to get it working again by upgrading from version 3.02 to 3.03, but it stopped working again when I restarted the ATV.

Only four hours of guide data is available for non-DVR users. This comes from SiliconDust and matches what you would see in any other app you use with your HDHR.

And now the Top Shelf is working again as well! :blush:

The way the Top Shelf works in tvOS is kinda finicky, so it can take a bit longer for it to find your HDHomeRun after restarting.
