A new situation I don't understand. In my 'GUIDE' it seems that any channels that is same Xfinity & Pluto it has added the Pluto 'description' along with the Xfinity Channel Logo and the guide is mixed with both channel programming descriptions I've no idea what I've done or how to fix. I've included just a couple of the errors. 810 is FOX 5+ WDC, 820 is FOX News. On some it's tossed the Xfinity and only does the Pluto ex: 857 Xfinity is FS1 and I only see The Twilight Zone. If I do an 'All Channels' it's a damn mess.

What have I done and how do I fix?

This usually happens when you have sources using the same channel numbers.

On your Pluto source edit the settings to use channel numbers that are not in use. Choose ignore channel numbers from m3u and type in a starting channel number to use.

After that under settings, live tv and dvr, maintenance gear, delete and recreate database.

I appreciate your help!!

I seem to have accomplished cleaning up the guide for my CableCARD devices. It mentioned when I was editing Custom Channels, Pluto default was 9000 so I entered 9000. After delete & rebuild I don't see a choice to choose a Pluto guide?

Are you saying you don’t see Pluto channels starting at 9000 in your guide under “all channels” or you made a channel collection with Pluto and it is no longer showing channels? When you change a sources channel numbers you need to remake the channel collection.
