Guide data didn't refresh past about 5 hours in the future

I just ran into an interesting problem (app version 2.1.13, DVR version 2017.01.27.2325). The guide is not refreshing when I scroll to the right. I can currently see 6:30PM to 11:00PM. When I click on any future program, nothing happens. On the top I can see Recordings, DVR, Search and I can watch my recordings.

I couldn’t get it to work correctly, tried going back to ATV main screen, playing different channels, going into settings, playing recordings, etc. I eventually killed and relaunched the app and it started working again.

This usually means the ATV app was using non-DVR guide data for some reason. You can fix it by click and hold on your HDHR on the Settings tab and click Refresh Device.

Is there anything I can provide that would help you determine how it gets in this state in the future so you can fix the issue?
