Guide data disappeared/blank all of a sudden (rpi 2020.01.23.0005)

Hi - I've been using DVR on my rpi4 just fine, but I noticed over the past few days that all of a sudden my guide data disappeared. I tried refreshing the guide data as well as deleting and re-creating the database but it's still empty. Is there a way to debug? I'm on v2020.01.23.0005

Update: not sure if this is related, but I see the following error in the log "2020/02/02 14:36:59.318791 [ERR] Generating SSL cert failed: acme: Error -> One or more domains had a problem:

Looks like a network issue. Can you access other internet services from the device running your DVR server?

Yes I can access the internet just fine from my rpi4. In fact I just did an rpi-update and rebooted it but still same issue - no guide data.

When I try to refresh the guide data, I see this in the error log - maybe Verizon did something to their lineup? I'm using an HDHomeRun cablecars.

2020/02/02 15:09:20.148963 [IDX] Pruned 0 expired groups from USA-PA66100-X in 960.33µs.
2020/02/02 15:09:20.157014 [DVR] No listings for USA-PA66100-X (0 airings, 0 groups); starting indexer..

Looks like crisis averted. The fix I just did was to hit the trash can next to the Verizon fios source and then I entered my zip code and picked the relevant lineup, it refreshed and looks like I have guide data again. Def not a network issue - maybe something happened on the lineup server or something.
