I seem to be having an absolute nightmare with Channels DVR. Everything had been working fine for several months then, all of a sudden, my clients said they couldn't connect to the server.
After much hair pulling I worked out that something had changed either on my router or on the PC running Channels DVR, as whilst I could ping it from a device upstairs, I couldn't ping it from a device downstairs (which was connecting to the mesh master).
In the end I've uninstalled the 3rd party firewall I had on the PC and created new rules within Windows Firewall and now my clients can connect to the server again.
There is one remaining issue though. The TV guide is empty. If I try to download it nothing happens. Checking the log files I see it says:
Error fetching guide data: Get "https://tmsdata.fancybits.co./v1.1/lineups/GBR-1000071-DEFAULT/grid?startDateTime=2-25-12-10T07:30Z&endDateTime=2025-12-10T13:30Z....." (too long to post)

Retrying guide data request in 20s due to timeout
etc
So it's caught in a timeout loop but I've no idea how to resolve that. I've tried restarting the server several times, tried rebooting the PC several times
